Keys to the back door, sun room and shed are on the hook in the kitchen, there is also a key-safe by the front and back doors (middle row of numbers)

Please do take a few moments to browse through the guest information file in the cottage which gives further details on all the appliances including the Aga and microwave oven. There is an under-counter fridge in the kitchen and a small 4-drawer larder freezer in the pantry (ice cube trays in here). Dryer and washing machine in sun room.

Supply of tea, sugar, instant coffee in the canisters in the kitchen.

Consumables are provided, such as: washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, cleaning cloths and scrubbers, tea towels and bin bags. Bathroom items such as soap and spare shampoo, shower gels etc are provided.

All linens, towels provided, there's a DVD player and smart TV in the living room (Netflix and Prime – use Ivy Cottage profile please or your own login) and a Freeview TV in the sun room. There are 2 hairdryers. An Ironing board and steam iron. There is a starter supply of logs, firelighters, kindling for the wood-burning stove. The ‘Nest’ central heating control is on the side in the living room.

For canine guests: treats, dog beds, bowls, bags and towels provided and there is hose in the courtyard to wash off sandy paws. There are only dog walking restrictions on the main beach area in high season. See the notice board on the front for full information.

For younger guests: highchair, retractable stairgates, fireguard, travel cots (2), including cot linens are all available. Some beach toys, crab bucket and line are in the shed in the courtyard. Please advise if you would like any of these items set up for your arrival. Plastic tableware and cutlery in the kitchen cupboard.

Barbeque and equipment for your use is stored in the shed in the courtyard. Outdoor Furniture cushion pads and comfortable deckchairs are stored here.

The Beach
You can access Mundesley (Blue Flag) beach from the main promenade. Alternatively, via the slipway by the volunteer lifeboat (just go straight down to the bottom of Beckmeadow Way (unadopted road opposite the cottage where the parking is) and turn left, slipway at the end of this road on the right).
In Mundesley, there is Gold Park (turn left out of the front gate, cross over onto the right-hand side of the road when the pavement starts, continue straight on past the post office and you will come to Gold Park on your righthand side). It has a multi-use court, playground, skatepark for skateboards and scooters and an outdoor gym. If you turn left at the skate park and walk through you are directly opposite the main beach access.
